Both local and international shipping will now be via courier service.

Normal mail: We are unable to offer normal mail options as the occurrences of lost-mail have been on the rise.

Courier Service: A tracking number will be provide when your package is sent. You will be however be required to sign for the item upon receipt. For international orders, a tracking number will also be provided though we may not be able to track at every step it once it leaves the country, though we will be notified when it is delivered and can let you know when that happens.

{ Shipping days }

^Monday and Wednesday

Shipping cut-off time: 6am on shipping day (GMT+8)

 Orders received between 6 and and 12 noon on these days may ship on shipping day.

 Orders received after 12 noon on these days will ship on the following shipping day.

^ Shipping days may change without prior notice. In case of delivery delays, a notification email will be sent or revised delivery dates stated in our promotional materials.

International packages may be subjected to custom checks and taxes. Please do check with your country’s customs and immigration policies before purchasing. Please also do note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

Happy Laundry Day is not responsible for items once they have been shipped and are unable to process any refunds due to postal slip-ups.

Any issues with loss of items will have to be reported to the relevant transportation and postal authorities.

We are unable to do C.O.D (cash on delivery) or self-pickup at this moment, unless the items have been paid for and you’re collecting it from our booths at our roadshows/markets.
