Diamond in the rough, this dress is certainly not. The cut allows it to skim the body and the geometric shapes formed by little dots of pink and blue gives it such a fresh, perky feeling.

There are 2 belt loops at the side but there is no belt with this. We think it can be easily worn with or without a belt. It looks great either ways.
